Q: I have an idea for an airbrushed shirt or pair of shoes, can you custom design something for me?

A: Yes, we can design almost anything, email us at info@airmagination.com or fill out the submit form on our contact page for a custom quote.  Be as specific as possible!

Q: I see a shirt I want on your products page but there is no price, how can I get one?

A: Please call us or send us an email for questions related to those products.

Q: Where are you located?  Can I pick up my shirts from you?

A: We are located in the Bronx in New York, please contact us if you would like to drop off shoes/clothing to be airbrushed or pick up finished products.

Q: I don't live in New York, can you ship my shirt to my city?

A: We can ship to almost ANY city, shipping is included on all U.S. orders.

Q: I want you to write something extra on my shirt, can you do that?

A: Tell us what you want written in the "additional instructions box" during checkout.  Anything written in plain text or script is usually included at no extra cost to you.  If you want the extra words in graffiti you must purchase an "extra words" key from the products page.

Q: How do I wash my airbrushed or handpainted shirts?

A: Iron on reverse on high setting no steam for 5 minunites.  Wash inside out, cold water, no bleach, no powders. Use a gentle liquid laundry soap like Woolite, All or Cheer Free. hang to dry.
